Without a doubt, this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have had in Japan. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that foreign guests were not particularly welcome. A simple request for a glass of wine became an unnecessarily long and frustrating discussion lasting nearly t...wenty minutes. Only after what appeared to be intervention from either the chef or owner was there any attempt to understand our request. Unfortunately, the food was equally disappointing. The tapas and pasta were drenched in oil to the point that little else could be tasted. The seafood pasta was particularly poor—rather than the seafood dish described, I was presented with a plate of inexpensive spaghetti, a few olives, and excessive oil, with virtually no seafood to be found. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. Staff repeatedly claimed not to understand English, yet the chef seemed perfectly capable of speaking English when interacting with certain guests. This selective approach only added to the feeling of being unwelcome. Narita offers many dining options. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend choosing one of them instead. Avoid this restaurant.

We came across this fantastic little place on our last night in Japan and what a fab place it was. They have menus in English and also have some of the most commonly asked questions translated in English which helped a lot. We were given some complimentary prosciutto to start with which was lovely a...nd we both ordered the smallest Wagu Beef and crushed Potatoes and it was absolutely gorgeous and cooked to perfection and was just the right amount for us. Once we finished the meal I sat there and just watched them all work and I have to say what a team! The main chef cooking of the steaks is very talented and you can see he takes great pride in what he does. If you get chance then pop in, you won’t regret it!

Stumbled on this place looking for Sushi but decided to have Japanese Wagyu instead! It was delicious and the young chef was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend the 300gram Wagyu.

Was recommended this restaurant by a colleague. Upon entry I was skeptical by the appearance, Don’t be! The staff are very friendly. The menu is simple and a little thrown together but the food is fantastic! I started with crispy calamari, very light and tasty. The aioli was perfect. The petite f...ilet was a little on the small side, my initial thought, but turned out to be perfect and cooked to perfection. The dipping sauce, if you choose to use it, was a nice complement. I ended with the Tiramisu. Again I thought, small portion. The presentation and flavors were great. They add a berry compote on the side, awesome! Totally surprised by the quality. I will definitely return!
