Hakata is famous for its chicken hot pot, and Hanamidori has its own special recipe for the broth, which is extra clear and flavorful. Despite they use plenty of chicken, the soup is not oily. My family and I asked our hotel to make a reservation for us, and we were put in a nice private room. Th...ey have Chinese/English/Korean menu and the waiting staffs speak good enough English to communicate. They provide instruction later in these three languages too. I took a photo of it and you can check it out. We ended up ordering the 4500 JPY set Since the raw chicken ham/sashimi is a bit too adventurous for us, the restaurant was willing to accommodate us by serving us chicken karaage [deep fried chicken] as well as a Hanami Egg Creme Brulee. The highlight was the chicken meatball and the lovely broth. After we cooked all the meats and vegetables, the server came back and cook us a porridge by adding egg and rice to the pot. The other option is noodles but I personally think the porridge is more unique and traditional. It was a good dining experience. Reservations are highly recommended.

The chicken soup is really yummy. The chicken pieces and the chicken balls are very tender, and their special sauce goes well with it. The side dishes are really good too.

華味鳥的雞肉鍋（水炊）雞肉鮮甜，肉質嫩而不爛。雞肉湯清而入味，雞肉丸更是令人難以遺忘！好吃，服務好，用餐環境又私人～福岡必去餐廳！ Amazing taste of chicken! The meatball is unforgettably good. A must eat in town!

We had a around 4,000 yen course which was very good mix of different parts of chicken and vegetables. Liked the atmosphere. Drinks were a little bit pricey.
