“Worst unagi ever!”
I ordered the unagi teshoku. It arrived quickly but the unagi was like rubber and tasted bad. It was completely un acceptable! I called the waitress and told her the meal was un eatable. I asked her if the unagi was frozen and she said yes. She had the kitchen make another serving. I’m pretty ...sure they microwave the unagi. The microwave was used twice while I waited. The waitress returned with the replacement and the unagi was cut able with chopsticks but unagi should be very tender and flavorful. This is the worst unagi I’ve ever eaten in Japan and should never be served as an ¥2,000 meal set. I’m so disappointed so many restaurants are now preparing factory food and microwaving the entree’s. Un except-able. We will never eat there again.

“Disappointing !”
We ordered the top sashimi set. Did not look like the poster photo. Not value for money. Would not recommend.
