In the fifty years since we began this year, we have continued to maintain and revisualize the flavors of Kagoshima and of down home Satsuma cuisine.
We want to impress our customers with Satsuma cuisine that is based on uncompromising tastes, hospitality, and service. Food grown in Kagoshima has long supported its local communities. The member of the Satsuma clan raised their own chickens, and made concerted efforts to ensure continuous enjoyment of Black pork and black beef cattle. Kagoshima is already surrounded by the waters of the Pacific, and our fisherman are fortunate to catch many species of fish, including slender sprat and bonito. Our restaurant continues to serve Satsuma delights from both the sea and the land.
