「We brought a whole Itoshima's seafood! 」
The largest live fish tank in the Tenjin area installed inside our restaurant contains live seafood such as spear squid shipped directly from the production region Yobuko, and fresh regional fish purchased from Itoshima city fishermen by the Head Chef himself driving the live-fish car.
Large fishes such as tuna and yellowtail are directly delivered from Katsumoto Fishing Port in Iki without using the market. We take advantage of direct purchasing from the production area.
