Izakaya Teidambui Nahakokusaidohriten

I was looking for a variety of food, in particular a nice garden salad and staff at my hotel sent me to Dining Izakaya. It was a great recommendation. The restaurant offers many different dishes. My food was very nice, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. The chef kept checking from the kitchen ...whether I enjoyed the food and every time I showed him thumbs up, he had a big smile on his face. The restaurant seems popular with travellers and locals alike and has a very friendly feel and atmosphere.

A lot of locals enjoying their night at this restaurant. We were walking by and saw reviews from others to chose this place. Very good value for money. Goya champuruu was divine! The Okinawan in the group thought it was the right level of bitterness.

I and my friend found this restaurant by chance. Actually, we were lost in that neighborhood and suddenly we saw Dining Izakaya. It looked warming, lovely and comfortable so we immediately decided to have supper here. The service was very good and they provided English menu which was really consider...ate. However, I assumed that the waiter was too nervous to mix up our order. They served us a dish of various vegetables with fried eggs instead of the vegetable noodles we ordered. But this mistake was a blessing in disguise, the vegetables and eggs were so good! Besides vegetables, we also tried Okinawa style fried rice and fried red potatoes as a desert. The fried red potatoes were wonderful! There was cinnamon on them and the sweet flavor was just right. The only thing that bothered us was that there was no non-smoking area. Overall, we had a great time in Dining Izakaya.
