Focusing on ingredients from our home country Aso and from Amakusa, along with other local products in Kumamoto Prefecture, we also stock fresh ingredients from all over the nation to prepare our courses that vary every month.
The a la carte menu consists of charcoal grilled and straw-grilled dishes, as well as Kumamoto's local delicacy of Basashi (horse meat sashimi) among many other dishes.
We also offer a wide variety of alcoholic drinks.
