●Seasonal Vegetables:
Our fresh produces, such as cabbage and leeks, are all selected from the most seasonally productive regions of our country. Furthermore, we carry a rare and prized variety of burdock roots, which is featured in some of our hot-pot specialties.
This is our secret ingredient, which gives such pleasurable gelatinous texture to our dishes.
We use only the most fragrant and voluptuous variety of garlic.
The manager of our restaurant insists upon the use of only highest quality vegetables that conjure the flavour out our soup.
