We were in the neighborhood (on our way to the Okinawa Prefectural Museum) and came across this restaurant after doing some shopping at Muji and Uniqlo (right across the street). What a fortuitous stop. We had the lunch menu of 58 item selection at ¥2,600 per person. Kids under 12 are half pric...e and there is an option with 100 items offered but it cost more than ¥3,000 and wasn't necessary - there was great choice with the 58 items. There is an English menu and explanation of the ordering process - all wording is done via a tablet. It was somewhat confusing to start as you hit a limit in the number of items you can order per entry but we figured out you just submit that order and then start a new one immediately. No need to wait until the first order is brought to the table before ordering more. We ordered a selection of meats - mostly with the yakiniku sauce - and all were great (decent quality) - rice, kimchi, edamame and the veggie platter. When ordering, order the quantity for the number of people at the table. Even though you maybe ordering multiple plates of meat, the slices are thin and only ordering one of something will not provide many pieces for sharing. The best surprise was the vegetable platter (corn on the cob, onions, cabbage and green pepper). The vegetables were all very fresh and crisp and cooked up nicely on the grill. (Note from our experience - start the corn cur side down on the side of the grill to cook for about 5 minutes and then turn over and put toward center of grill to toast kernels for on,y a few minutes. Perfect corn!) While there were all you can drink options, we only had a beer and then stuck with water - it got hot after a while with the grill going. The only disappointment were the edamame as they were cold. There are plenty of options for kids (French fries!) and other side dish options (chicken kara age) but we were full with the orders above. Well worth the price and absolutely delicious!
