Established in 1989 in Tenmonkan (Yamanokuchi-cho), Kagoshima.

"Let the taste reach the tanden"
This is our motto when we start cooking since the establishment in 1989.
Japanese culture is symbolized by rustic simplicity, which represents pliant and delicate sense, as well as powerful and mighty sense which radiates out from the tanden (= point below the navel, which is a focus point for internal meditative techniques). Our philosophy is the fusion of these two senses. In Japanese cuisine, we use different ingredients from different seasons.
Treasure every encounter, for it may never happen again. With this proverb in mind, we will continue to serve Japanese dishes to our customers.
