“Domo arigato gozaimashita”
I went to this superb restaurant with a couple of Japanese/English friends. The restaurant is in the beautiful countryside, lying among rice-fields and sparkling waters. the 11 course lunch was enjoyed by my friends and myself in a beautiful, private room: food was unique in taste and texture, as th...e presentation... traditional Raku ceramic dishes are used throughout, the garden with flowers and trees is a joy for the eyes and spirit. The chef (One Michelin star awarded) was invited as Japan representative by Unesco in Paris. I strongly recommend everyone in Fukuoka prefecture to pay a visit to this WONDERFUL place. You won't regret.
