Kikuzushi

不思議な場所にある。住宅街のど真ん中だ。玄界灘から上がった魚を繊細に仕上げる。シャリは２種類の赤酢で用意してある。魚の味がどちらの米を使うのかを決める。若旦那はモナコで修業をしたと言う変わり種。お父様の健康が彼を日本に呼び戻した。日本人の感覚に加えてモナコにやってくる世界中の富裕層が彼の腕に舌を巻いていてらしい。福岡に来たら是非とも訪ねて欲しい。但し、２ヶ月前には予約が必要らしい。Its location is in the center of residential area. Sushi master uses all fish from local sea and makes them ...more than delicious. He uses two types of red vinegars by referring to taste of different fish. Young generation worked in Monaco of southern France. Because of his father’s health, he decided to come back to Kyushi but still many foreign affluents come to him for enjoying his sushi and conversation. Please come to eat this restaurant but you will be patient for two months!
