This little restaurant is conveniently place just outside Shuri station (castle side of the street). Despite it's small size, it has much to offer. You buy your meal ticket from a vending machine and then you hand it to the chef (who is the only person on shift) and then he makes it for you. The r...estaurant is a specialty noodle and gyoza shop. Although set meals (I.e. ramen + side dish) aren't made until 6pm, the day we went the chef was so kind to start making them a half hour earlier for us. The ramen was simply delicious (you have a choice of 4 different toppings) and the gyoza was impeccable (and much bigger than what I usually buy in stores). A set meal costs around 800 yen and WILL fill you up right! Come in the early evening if you can (~6pm), because it gets really crowded later at night and you will have to wait outside.
