Torin Restaurant at the 13th floors serves as the breakfast buffet area serving a sumptuous spread of western and Japanese breakfast fare. The large windows provide a great view of the city, particularly the harbor. Even with limited English spoken, the waiters and waitresses are quick to respond to... your needs with a pleasant smile.
