“イセエビ、ステーキを目の前調理で。”

目の前鉄板でいただく雰囲気、厳選されたテンダーロイン150gにでかいイセエビ半身がついたコース仕立てが、なんと7,300円で食べられる。大阪なら倍はする。 やはり沖縄きたらステーキたべたい。専属シェフが最初から最後まで目の前で料理。空中に舞う胡椒と塩の華麗なる調味料回しにブランデーのフランぺにもはや芸術的。カッコイイ。沖縄の夜のテンションup。 お肉は最上質のテンダーロインできめ細かく柔らかくて食べやすい。赤身肉の旨みをかみしめる、脂控えめでおいしい。テンダーロインはミディアムレアで。ポン酢にもみじおろしとステーキソースにおろしニンニクでいただく。 イセエビはむちゃくちゃでかくてボリュー...ム満点。ぷりぷり コンニャク魚のおどり焼は、見た目もかわいくほっこり。鉄板で焼かれた野菜は甘みがある。沖縄らしくコースにゴーヤチャンプルも。 他にもいろいろコースがある。ランチもしているみたいで気になる。今日のシェフはとくもりさん。接客も◎ デート、記念日、観光に使えるお店。カウンター席がおすすめ。宴会にはテーブル席、飲み放題3,000円もある。店の雰囲気はジャングルクルーズの乗り場みたい。 旭橋駅徒歩1分、国道58号沿いで旭橋バス停の目の前でわかりやすい。 ◼︎イセエビ(半尾)&テンダーロインステーキコース 150g 7,300円 ・イセエビ(半尾) ・テンダーロインステーキ 150g (200g +55円、300g +1,650円) ・コンニャク魚のおどり焼 白ワインで  最初何かと思いきやこんにゃく。貝に乗せて登場 ・紅イモ  そのままで ・島豆腐の鉄板焼き  ニンニクで味付け ・玉葱ソテー ・焼き野菜(もやし、ピーマン、しめじ) ・特製スープ  きんとき豆のビーンズスープ クルトン入れ ・フレッシュサラダ  ブルーチーズのドレッシングがまたうまい。白ワイン  (イタリアン、サウザーアイランドドレッシングも) ・ゴーヤーチャンプルー  沖縄らしくステーキコースにも登場。  たまごでとじてスパムと ・ガーリックブレッドまたはライス (ガーリックライス+480円) ◼︎オリオンビール Captain’s Inn is recommended steak house in Asahibashi Naha. A dedicated chef prepares the meal right in front of you from start to finish. The way the pepper and salt fly through the air as the seasonings are added, and the brandy flambé, is truly artistic. So cool. It really elevates the mood of an Okinawan night. This atmosphere, with the steak cooked right in front of you on the teppanyaki grill, and a course meal featuring 150g of carefully selected tenderloin and half a large spiny lobster, all for just 7,300 yen. In Osaka, it would cost at least double that. The meat is top-quality tenderloin, finely textured, tender, and easy to eat. You can savor the delicious flavor of the lean meat; it's not too fatty and very tasty. The tenderloin is served medium-rare. It's served with ponzu sauce, grated daikon radish with chili, steak sauce, and grated garlic.

“Very good dinner and show”

I went here while in town on business. It was almost next door to the double Tree hotel Naha. The food was very good I loved my steak and giant shrimp 🍤. Definitely worth a try if your looking for something fun for dinner.

“Tummy trouble”

This restaurant is part of a chain, and has been well decorated. It looks very charming when one enters. The food seemed OK when we were there although we found the cost high for what we were given. We had the steak/ crayfish meal and the small steak meal. It is all rather rushed as the chef cooks ...in front of you and everything is prepared one after the other. I had terrible stomach cramps during the night followed by diarrhoea and my husband followed suit the next day, all day. We are not sure what in this meal had this effect ?canned garlic, ?sprouts that looked a bit old, but we certainly cannot recommend it.
