“Good ramen”
I thk there are several branches of this - presumably - franchise in Miyazaki. We went to one near Aeon. Very simple - good ramen - you can choose how spicy you want it - and there are several soup bases to choose from - tomato (excellent) - curry (not the typical Japanese curry) - original (which... I don't particularly like). There one that looks like spicy soya milk ..... Not sure Spice rating between 0 and 25. Kids must eat 0. I tried 8-12. 12 is quite spicy already. 25 shd be deadly. Dumplings are ok - nothing too special. Quick and enjoyable. But there is often a queue.
