Since opened in 1992, we serve cuisine from food ingredients from Kyushu district. Our Mentai Motsunabe (Pollock Roe & Offal Hot Pot) is especially popular among many repeat customers.
Mentai Motsunabe added to our menu in 2009, with as much as pollock roe in it, was welcomed from its start by the customers with so much surprise and praise for its deliciousness that it is now ordered by 90 % of the customers. Also, this menu item has been taken up by the media such as TV and magazines that gathers many inquiries from throughout the country.
In addition to the motsunabe (offal hot pot), we also serve delicious fresh fish, horse-meat sashimi, mentaiko (pollock roe) dishes, and other delicious cuisine representatives of Kyushu.
