We use "Mikawamansaku", the highest quality eel. It is fleshy and moderately fat with rich taste. Our skilled chefs bring out its best taste. For 300 years, we have fostered the chefs called "masters" and taken over their grilling skills. Our eels are scorched fluffy with pleasant aroma. The secret tare sauce is prepared every day without using sugar, which is Edo-style. Enjoy Japanese food culture in our Japanese "Wa" style restaurant.
