Dynamic Kitchen & Bar Hibiki Nishi-Shinjuku Nomura Building

This restaurant is on the 49th floor and has great views you can take in as you eat. My wife and I had a side by side seat right at the window which was fantastic. To get there look for the Sky lifts on the first floor and choose a lift that goes high enough as not all go to the top. The dishes are ...small, and designed to be shared, I would suggest choosing at least two person. Everything is beautifully presented and tasted great. Our server Fukui spoke good English and did a great job serving us. I would recommend this restaurant but definitely request a window seat.

During our trip to Tokyo we came across this amazing restaurant. The restaurant was very busy, so I would recommend booking, however we were looking just to have a drink and take in the amazing views. We sat at the bar and enjoyed a few drinks made by the amazing barman Yamanaka who was very friendl...y and helpful. Seeing the wonderful food that was being served we asked for tonkatsu steak. Our amazing waiter Takata prepared some edamame by grinding up sesame seeds and mixing with a paste and served these up, they were so tasty. Then the tonkatsu and steak was served, perfectly presented and cooked to perfection. The taste was fabulous, the pork and breadcrumbs were full of flavour and the steak was succulent just melted in your mouth. 100% recommend this restaurant, great service from all staff, in particular Yamanaka and Takata, perfect food and amazing views, what more could you want.

I wanted to book a meal for my first night in Tokyo that was something special but would not break the bank and this restaurant did the job perfectly. The setting is amazing, with fantastic views over the city and the meal was good value, especially if you will make the most out of the all you can d...rink offer. The food was delicious, with the only downside being that the beef was slightly chewy but everything else was perfect. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome despite the language barrier. Overall it felt like a real event coming here on our first night in Tokyo and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to kick start their Japan trip with something memorable.

I had a dinner in this restaurant during our business trip in Tokyo. I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the kindness of the employees. During our stay we were in a smoking room, and the employee in charge of our dinner was very very kind and professional. The food was just amazing also.

The food was delicious, fresh and well explained to the group. We selected only fish and vegetable dishes and were not disappointed. The view was truly spectacular and the decor of the restaurant was very elegant and tasteful. The only disappointment was the fact that the toilets were outside an...d not particularly clean.
