“Decent quality of thin sliced Wagyu (Japanese beef)”
We ordered a course menu including seasonal catch "Fugu" (Puffer Fish). Fugu is notorious as venomous fish but professional chefs cook to remove poisonous internal organs including liver and eggs safely. Needless to say its "Tessa (extremely thin sliced sashimi) tastes gorgeous and some guests may n...ot realize sashimi fillet on the dish because of its see-though thin cut. The main dish is Shabu Shabu of this sliced Wagyu (Japanese beef) and the meat contains certain visible fat but it can be melt away by dipping it into hot pot. This is a typical Japanese style real Shabu Shabu and the well trained servers take care of us. We usually visit this restaurant of Shinjuku Branch because of some English speaking servers but Chofu is also nice in terms of quality of foods and services.
