GINZA LION Biahoru

It is a beer hall that serves food as well. we curiously entered the restaurant with zero expectation and came back with a very pleasantly surprised experience. Food is really good with a very busy vibe and the servers were extremely courteous. Overall we liked it.

I've been to Tokyo a dozen times and I have come to the Ginza Lion throughout the years and it never disappoints. The beer hall is on the first floor (recommend) and there is more of a restaurant on the 2nd floor. The employees are awesome and as soon as you walk in someone is waiving to seat you ...and give you a menu. I dont speak much Japanese, but the staff is great and someone always speaks some English so you get by. Their beer selection is great and you can also order some food in the beer hall. Lots of fun vibes from the crowd and everyone has a good time. It reminds me of a German Bierhall in the the middle of Ginza, but it works! Definitely recommend for a change of pace.

This is a beer hall but it has a lot of dining options too. I wandered in here with my sister and brother after walking all along Ginza looking for a place to eat. We ordered the crab buffet and ate all the cold crab that we could eat. It was a good deal but really how much cold crab do you want t...o eat?

Everything is good here! The price are good. You do get a LOT of alcohol in the drinks. A nice place to start the evening.

Nice venue! Service was shocking, very rude. Food and drinks very over priced for quality and quantity, does not even come close to any German style beer hall I have ever eaten in. Felt gutted with price and no where near full. Stew was awful, full of fat. Peas are cold, be aware. Cabbage was nice. ...Chorizo sausage was spicy and tasty. But apart from that, I would not recommend. Was told my beers were 600yen, actually cost 980y...go figure..better to stay with local authentic food.
