We were recommended this restaurant by a lady who had lived in the area for 10 years. It is located below the road which gives it a special atmosphere. There are photos on the wall of famous people (with the host) and the whole space has a retro feel about it. The staff are lovely and very attentiv...e, and the host is quite a character. The food however talks to a bygone era. It is basic (but tasty) teppanyaki with the headline act an exceptional A5 grade (hope I have got that correct) piece of steak which while initially lovely, was just too rich to finish. Ultimately, the value was ok and although some people love this kind of experience, I am not sure its my favourite.

The overall experience was very good. Good service a quality food. Most delicious filet and sirloin steaks. Vegetables equally superb and fried rice on the teppeniaky grill cooked with the melted fat from the steaks, was really tasty. Not cheap but quality. I recommend this restaurant.
