“Good Shabu Shabu Buffet Spread”
There are two On-Yasai I found in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Both are very tasty with very nice soup. Waitress are English spoken so there are no language barrier! Like the beef/pork serving as they are very fresh!

“Eat Good and Fast Like a Local: Great Shabu Shabu Near Shinjuku JR Subway”
Our Tokyo-based friends brought us to a hole in a wall Shabu Shabu restaurant a short distance from the Shinjuku JR subway station. The resto had an "old Tokyo" feel and was packed with diners for dinner. By Japanese standards, the restaurant and its booths were warm and cozy. By western standards..., these will be considered cramped. A table can comfortably sit 4 dinners, and there are strategically-placed screens to maintain the privacy of diners. We ordered the "5 all-you-can-eat" course and realized just why this is one of the most popular restos in the city. Come hungry because the menu is very extensive! This is a splurge place but you will leave feeling very satisfied. It is worth every yen. Call a day or two ahead to make a reservation because this is a very popular place and come on time. This is no place for long lingering dinners because it has a long queue of hungry diners waiting for their tables. The cashier tactfully reminded us that our time was up by giving us our bill even without us asking for it. Indeed we were in Tokyo, where people eat good and fast. Here is a link provided by my Tokyo-based friend to help you find the resto. http://guinavi.com/gourmet/shinjukuokubo/onyasai-shinjuku-higashiguchi/
