“Best Dessert ever!”
The Chef Pâtissier – Normand JUBIN is a genius. His Dessert is like Poetry and the taste stays pleasent in the mouth. I was very impressed and can recommend it. Wonderful and yummy🙏

One of the best French cuisines I have ever eaten. The chef worked well with Japanese ingredients while providing excellent foie gras and caviar. 伝統的な重たいフレンチとは違う軽やかでありながら、かつ、視覚的にも味覚的にも素晴らしい料理の数々でした。
