Sushi Tofuro Ginzakoridogai

Everything about our experience at Sushi Tofuro was awful. In every respect. The food was really late, and the meals for the 2 of us arrived 10 minutes apart. My tempura meal, which initially took forever to arrive, was cold / room temperature, and what is worse than cold tempura? The soup was also... cold. I returned the whole meal back to the kitchen - it came back 5 minutes later - warm enough. My partner said the sushi was stale and smelled bad. Service was non-existent. Never again.

A hidden gem for sushi lovers, this spot excels in quality sashimi and innovative rolls. The atmosphere is peaceful, but it can feel a little cramped. Still, definitely worth the visit!

Arrived in Tokyo in the afternoon and that night while out walking near our hotel we found this restaurant. We felt like a good feed of sushi so in we went, service was great, we were put into our own little room and the food soon came . We ordered a few different sushi’s and a chicken sausage that ...you dipped into a raw egg yoke . All was very scrumptious and good value. The venue itself is beautiful, a big place styled on the ole streets of Edo, so it really has that ole world charm about it, We can really recommend this place for its ambience and food

We ordered the tempura set and fried chicken set. They were both delicious! Came with miso soup and rice. It’s two floors down (B2) and it has traditional seating where you take your shoes off right before you enter your dining area/table. It was super cute and made for a cute photo op. It’s also li...ke a five minute walk from the main Ginza shopping area.

Probably the first bad restaurant ive tried in japan. The “luxury sashimi” wasnt fresh. Very sorry to have to write this but what a horrible experience. They placed the four of us in a 1.2x1.2m cubicle. Just horrible quality and service.
