I went for midweek lunch. The restaurant is surprisingly big inside. Japanese style, service was quick and the set menu selection was good enough.A meal of pork cutlet with soypaste soup, some pickles.Around 1,000 yen.

A must recommend ... The place is very nice inside , tables are booths. Food is lovely , we ordered a few set meals and hearing sushi rolls- which is amazing. Tofuro also has a wide range of sake and international wine on offer .

we came back here after a couple of years. no surprise: here you can find a large variety of japanese food, both on fish and meat side. different regional origins, and food coming from all over japan. effective service. not an excellence, but good.

Previous booking could be an idea. often crowded but it's always possible to find a table here. Very good food, excellent fresh tofu, great yakitori and fresh wasabi. Raw fish too is perfect. Menu English available. Good service very effective.

Shinjuku-Shibuya is awash with restaurants, ramen joints, tempura houses and the like. Tofuro Yoyogiten makes its own soba noodles and offers a wide range of local menu options and some very interesting drinks at very reasonable prices. I enjoyed the tempura enough to order it twice, especially for... the tempura chillies :-p, with a ginger sour ;-D and from left field, a tumeric cocktail :- | Great decor with sunken tables, friendly service, and just a skip from the south exit Yoyogi Station. Highly recommended ... liked it so much I had it listed with Tripadvisor.
