Jidori-chicken such as deliciously hard Hinai-jidori and juicy and chewy Date chicken are skewered inside the restaurant for their freshness and dynamically grilled on bincho-charcoal at 1,200 degrees Celsius.
Yakitori chargrilled to a fluffy, juicy finish by our artisan chef are served with our secret miso-based dipping sauce or 100% organic salt. Our yakitori recommendation is the chicken meatball prepared by hand, a special dish with an aroma of charcoal with it.. As a closer for dinner, please try our Horokanai soba noodles.
