We offer carefully selected Japanese sake of Niigata prefecture, that is one of the most famous sake producing area in Japan. We also have rare sparkling Japanese sake.
Our restaurant expresses the food culture of Niigata Prefecture in Tokyo. We serve local dishes of Sado Island such as "black pork shabushabu hotpot" and "Hegisoba noodles". We also serve unique dishes made by using fresh ingredients directly purchased from Ryotsu Port. "Natural yellowtail shabushabu hotpot" and "red snow crab sashimi" are rarely served in other restaurants in Tokyo. In addition, we serve raw oysters purchased every day. You can also experience Japanese dining in our counter seats.
