“400 yen seating charge!”
A 400 yen seating charge each was sprung on us without any warning in the menu or elsewhere. What a ripoff in a faux pub where their Guinness was almost more foam than liquid. Avoid this dump!

Stopped in here for a pint during the matsuri Was really nice cosy, interesting lighting and decor, friendly staff

“Great little pub ”
I went to this pub yesterday with Japanese friends to the Sherlock Holmes pub The food was quite nice as we ordered fish and chips plus pizza The drinks weren’t to bad price wise but I only drink soft drinks They don’t have WI FI though and the toilets are quite small and cosy The menus are ...in English FYI and they have British and American music playing in the back ground

“Great fish and chips”
Great fish and chips. All 4 of us had it and liked it. The fish is panko fried, not beer batter. My husband had the beer and he liked that. The woodwork in the bar is very nice.

“Not very impressed ”
It is stereotypical English! Food was OK but for what I got somewhat pricey. Service was very good. Seems to be a place to go chat rather than a night time destination but I was there just after 7pm, maybe it ices up in pace later in evening.
