We've been an area favorite for more than 100 years.
For example, our famous demiglace sauce is made by slowly simmering and then repeatedly straining the finest ingredients. This whole process takes more than one week.
It's from this sauce that our hashed rice and stews take on their deep flavors.
We maintain strict adherence to the same preparation and seasoning methods used when our restaurant was originally established, back in Meiji times.
