A branch of the venerable grilled meat restaurant, Heijoen, founded in 1970, has opened in Tokyo's Ginza neighborhood. All seating is in private rooms, affording guests the opportunity relax more fully as they eat.
Based on a concept that admits no compromise when it comes to ingredients, this restaurant offers consistent quality as it able to purchase entire cows instead of individual cuts of Wagyu beef. By purchasing a whole beef meat, enjoying "Wagyu-Itto-Monogatari", comparing the tastes of rare and valueable parts in the whole beef meat. To ensure the ultimate in enjoyable dining, all meat is inspected using Japanese standards, and only beef certified as safe, after passing stringent radiation testing, is made available for purchase. We are also able to serve Kobe Beef, which is harder to come by nowadays, because we've been in business for so long.
