Kakureboh Ikebukuroten

This Japanese restaurant is on East side of JR Ikebukuro station. Going out of the station, you follow the main road to the left, and it is on the left side of the road between Biccamera and Labi.It is on the 6th floor of the building. (5 minutes walk) They offer several lunch menus with an appetiz...er buffet,, which means ordering one of these lunches includes an appetizer buffet, which consists of several Japanese appetizers including various Japanese appetizers salad, cold drinks (fruit juices, iced coffee, tea, etc) and hot coffee. There is also a desert (coffee jelly today). A menu of the week was proposed at 1100 yen (inclusive of tax) and other lunch menus up to 1500 yen. The restaurant opens at 11H30 for lunch, and the button for the 6th floor of the two elevators does not work before 11H30. This restaurant seems to be very popular and box rooms may be fully taken quickly . So, If you want to be seated in a box room, it is better to go there before 11H30, and wait near the elevators on the 1st floor or in one of the elevators. (and, when it is almost 11H30, try pressing the button for the 6th floor until it works.) Although it is sometimes a little stressing to have a box room, I think it is worth the effort.
