Initially we were seated and appeared to have been forgotten about ,but not to worry ,we called over a waiter and we were given menus .we ordered 3 starters , 3 main courses as and 3 drinks After what seemed an age our drinks arrived , followed immediately by our starters. Then our main course in sw...ist succession. Empty plates from starters were not removed ,leaving the table rather full. Food was ok but nothing to write home about. My son then left to go back to the hotel and my daughter and I decided to stay and have a couple of cocktails but after a half hour game of hunt the waiter we decided enough was enough and just got the bill. Prices were ok but waiting times were awful. It was very busy as there was a baseball game on ,but it seemed they were very understaffed . Place was full and very few staff in comparison.

We always end up here when there is an event at Tokyo Dome. We were here on a weekday lunch, killing time before the ball game this evening. We were pleasantly surprised at the lack of a wait. As for the food, we always love the Friday nachos - it didn't disappoint. Great for sharing. The Yu...catan Chicken Salad was super good. Their regular size was really big, but it was worth it. The bacon cheese burger was just meh - the meat was hard and overcooked, the bun was way too hard and dry. We recommend the Pineapple Mezcalita - it was too easy to drink. Be fair warned, prices are similar to what it would cost in the USA. Therefore, the price in Japan feels really expensive. However, we are not complaining. Every time we come to this location, we leave satisfied. We will probably end up here again when we are in Tokyo for a baseball game or concert.

Despite the horribly long line and wait time, the food at this Friday's was absolutely delicious. We had the ribeye a super healthy coleslaw, the chicken wings, and some fries. We did not understand why the line was so huge while the restaurant was not full once inside, which actually made the ambia...nce a bit quiet and dull. But nothing to complain about the food. Save space for the brownie. Not as fantastic as the rest of the meal but not bad.

Always happy to have the opportunity to go to TGI. Never disappointed. Nice atmosphère, spacious, friendly staff and tasty food.

The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help! Emma was patient and listened intently to my poor Japanese, and treated the younger guests as equals. She always kept a smile on her face (even under the mask!) Thank you, Emma! 4/5 stars as I wish the burgers were a bit better, but othe...r dishes hit the spot. We will be back!
