“Nice place to spend your lunch”
Located in the 3rd floor, easily to reach from Mitsukoshi mae station, twice I've spent in this restaurant for dinner and lunch with colleagues. Reserve private room with delicious Japanese cuisine taste. The price is reasonable, the taste is excellent & the service is quite good response.

“Constantly understaffed, service has fallen off a cliff”
Having visited this place twice since my last review, I'll note that the service has gotten very bad. Their main problem (as with pretty much any low-mid end restaurant in Tokyo) is a shortage of staff. Last time I visited on a Friday night there were maybe 3 staff serving the entire (packed) dining... room. The main waiter, who I believe is the manager, was trying his best not to be rude but having to deal with 20 tables his interactions with us were brusque, to put it generously. Food was good as usual but the bad service put a damper on the whole evening. If you can get past the (now bad) service the restaurant is still worth visiting but it certainly isn't as good as it used to be. I hope they hire more staff.

“Great place for sake and Kyoto obanzai dishes”
One of the best restaurants in the Coredo Muromachi complex. Nana specializes in Kyoto obanzai dishes, which are like Japanese version of tapas, in addition to high quality izakaya staples like sashimi, grilled chicken, etc. We tried the obanzai sampler, which came with 5 small dishes, all of which ...were delicious and showcased seasonal ingredients in an interesting way (for example, one of the dishes used dried persimmon, which worked surprisingly well in a savory dish). The sake list, though short, is very good and matches the food well. We rounded out the meal with an order of donabe gohan (claypot rice) with chicken and ginger which was amazing and well worth the long wait (it is also fairly big so better to share it between 2-3 people). All in all, this is a great place for some authentic Japanese food, whether in a casual or business setting. Do note, however, that smoking is technically allowed in the restaurant. No one was smoking around us the night we visited but that might not always be the case so FYI.
