In our restaurant, we make soba using the finest class of domestic
buckwheat flour with the stepping method from our first generation. And we proudly do not use any additives.
In particular, our “Curry Namban Soba,” well-known in some media such as TV, magazines, cartoon, is surely a must-try item.
You can choose sweet, hot, or even super hot as well as chicken or pork for its topping.
