Hegisoba Takumi Nakamegurohonten

This is a GoToEast campaign restaurant which you can reserve through Tabelog site. I once had hegi soba noodle in Nagaoka-city Niigata prefecture which is famous for the firework festival. I did not realized that we can enjoy this in Nakameguro, until I search restaurant participating the campaign ...nearby. The place was full and people working there were trying to do their best to timely serve dishes and drinks. Everything we had was quite good. Their specialty fried tofu had crispy texture and taste. The hegi soba noodle had perfect stiffness. Hegi means the rectangular case for the special seaweed containing soba noodle. In terms of price, they are quite reasonable.
