“Very good Horse meat dishes served by nice people.”
We were warmly welcomed and the whole personnel gave their best to explain us non Japanese speaking Europeans the various options of horse meat which we could choose for the different dishes. We followed several recommendations and had no reason to regret this...

“Brilliant experience”
Horse meat is bit chewy but has a unique texture and sweet taste. The sashimi was remarkable with soy sauce and 4 finely chopped dip ingredients (wasabi, radish, garlic, ginger). The steak was also excellent with vinegar wine sauce and wasabi. Waiters and chefs didn't speak English but universal foo...d sign worked well. Nice people. Awesome experience.
