“Yakiniku experience in shinjuku”
I searched on internet and chose this all you can eat yakiniku restaurant in shinjuku (after the tourist trap robot show). There are few kinds of set you can choose ranging from 6000 to 12000 jpn. And the time limit is 120 minutes . The higher the price the better quality meat you can get. Anyway t...he 12000 jpn set include 6 more top quality wagyu beef plus the second grade wagyu beef and Australian and US top beef selections. We chose the 8000 jpn set for all you can eat wagyu beef (excluding the 6 more top top wagyu beef). I think this set is good enough for the first time client like myself to get some experience. However, there are some rules with these all you can eat sets! First you cannot start ordering till you finish the first course (which is a sample of beef slices and salad etc). In a way it is good so that u know which beef kind you like, however some time will be lost in the 120 minutes limit. Then you started to order whatever you like. My advice is order as much as you think you can eat at the second round, so no time is wasted. Please keep it in mind. You will need to pay for the leftover meat at the end. (500 jpn for 100 g of meat leftover). I do agree about this rule cause if people just over order the meat and cannot finish at the end then it will be a waste of meat. All you can eat do not mean that you order excessively and end up wasting food at the end. All the wagyu beef selections are good. If you like wagyu beef then just keep on ordering these. Forget about the US or Australian beef. Afterall you are in japan and a chance to enjoy Japanese beef fully. Ya! Soft drinks and noodles and soba and rice and salad and ice cream and .... are all you can eat too.... Only your stomach is the boss to tell you how much YOU CAN EAT! Haa. Staff are friendly, except the waiter who explained the rules to us. He is a bit arrogant and aggressive when he speaks. Maybe he is the only one who can speak English there. Overall experience is good. The restaurant is popular and the meat quality are good and tasty. Worth a visit!

“Meat and More Meat”
This is a good place to have dinner, but there are plenty that are better so the rating must reflect that. We were in a large group of mainly men so cook your own meat went down well especially when mixed with Sapporo and sake. Excellent beef although staff struggled to keep up with service a littl...e.

“Good food quality and good service”
Nine of us with advanced booking were given a private room which is perfect for chatting throughout the dinner. Realised that we are not good in speaking Japanese, a young Malaysian was assigned to look after our orders. The Japanese beef from 11 parts of the cow clearly indicated with it’s beautifu...l presentation. The quality of the beef is excellent and we enjoyed eating and comparing from one part to another. Service was good and considerate. Our first order for beef; pork and chicken was a bit too much for the nine of us and the waiter gave us a good advice to reduce part of it. He told us to finish the reasonable amount of orders first and add on to the favourite ones if we still have rooms for them. His advice was really accurate and we were all full after finishing the first order.

“Great wagyu at a reasonable price”
Found this restaurant after searching online for AYCE yamagata beef, but we just went for a la carte order. It was very good. The AYCE beef is if the lower grade yamagata, not the premium grade. There are about 30 other type of meat that you can reorder (not just beef). Service was very good. Staffs... were friendly and attentive.
