“Oumi beef melts in your mouth!”
Hidden gem! Oumibeef shabu shabu experience with melt in your mouth beef. So many courses to complement the main dish. Ponzu sauce with delicate citrus hint handed down in a secret family recipe. Delicious food made even more authentic with personal touch by the owner, Masato, who explained oumi and... why it’s the best beef. He also reached out personally beforehand as I had noted our son has a nut allergy, and he had the chef whip up a special dessert for my husband’s birthday. What an enjoyable and memorable evening!
