They don’t speak English but we managed to order, problems started when paying. We have three VISAs. None of them seem to work (we have been paying with all of them in Japan for more than a week without any problem). We told them that my husband was going to the hotel to pick up the money and I woul...d wait (the hotel was a 4 minutes walk). A minute after he leaving, the waiter told me that he needed the table (nobody waiting) and If I could wait outside in the cold. I told him that was fine and then... HE ASKED ME TO BORROW MY PHONE AS A PAYBACK (an Iphone as a payback of a less than 50€ ticket)!!! So, they were the ones having problems with the card, the ones wanting to clean up the table and I was the one who had to wait outside in the cold and give my phone to them!!!??? I know, it sounds crazy. If you don’t want to experience something similar, DON’T EVER PUT A FOOD ON IT!
