Torigoya restaurant is famous for pork offal hot pot. It located within walk distance from Nakameguro station. Always fully booked. You should make a reservation a week before you visit. Signature dish is the offal hot pot, it contained pork offal, cabbage, Chinese chives, garlic, chili and special ...soy sauce soup. Offal was chewy, cabbage was very sweet, soup was really tasty.
