利用客が少ない状況でもあまりお勧めできませんが、休日の午後など混雑する時間帯であれば絶対に利用をお勧めできないカフェです。 店内は、通路、客席のスペース全てにおいて狭く、かなり窮屈な造りとなっています。この時点で、例え建物の1階にあり出入口に段差がなくても、車椅子等の障碍を持つ方やスーツケースなどの大きな荷物を持った状態での利用はお勧めできません。注文カウンターのタッチパネル式デバイスで注文をし、ドリンクや軽食が出来上がった際に受け取りカウンターでそれらを受け取りますが、いずれのカウンターも非常に狭く、特に受け取りカウンターで受け取りの待ちをしていると、通行の邪魔になってしまいます。ドリンクや...料理が受け取れるタイミングで番号による呼び出しがありますが、お喋り声で搔き消されてしまい、聞こえづらいか全く聞こえない、ということもしばしばあります。 ドリンクや軽食の質は、他のサンマルクカフェと遜色ありません。スタッフの接客対応も同様ではありますが、店内の狭さからか、あまり清掃が行き届いていないようにも感じました。かなりの残念さが残るカフェでした。 I would have difficulty recommending this cafe even when it's relatively quiet, and during busy periods such as weekend afternoons, I would strongly advise against visiting. The interior is extremely cramped, with narrow aisles and very limited space around the seating areas. Because of this, I would not recommend this location for wheelchair users or others with mobility needs, nor for travelers carrying large luggage such as suitcases, even though the cafe is on the ground floor and there is no step at the entrance. Orders are placed using touchscreen devices at the ordering counter, and drinks and light meals are collected from a separate pickup counter once they are ready. Unfortunately, both areas are very narrow. In particular, customers waiting at the pickup counter can easily end up obstructing the already limited space available for people trying to pass through. Order numbers are called when drinks or light meals are ready, but the announcements can easily be drowned out by conversations inside the café. At times, they can be difficult - or even impossible - to hear, which makes the pickup process unnecessarily inconvenient when the cafe is busy. The quality of the drinks and light meals is comparable to what you would normally expect from other Saint Marc Café locations, and the staff service is also generally in line with the chain's usual standard. However, perhaps partly because of how cramped the cafe is, I also felt that the interior was not kept as clean as it could have been.

I cannot even begin to describe how wonderfully delicious these pastries are. The Choco cro was absolutely wonderful and I’m not too sure what the pink filled croissant I had was but that was exquisite too. We actually visited 4 different Saint Marc’s cafe’s after the first visit and even would orde...r extra to take away with us. Really really recommend.
