Ginza is quite a high-end shopping district in Tokyo. It can be quite daunting when you are trying to finding somewhere for lunch. As per our usual ad hoc approach we just gave this place a go and we could not have been happier. Service was first-rate, food was excellent and the atmosphere was quite... and inviting.

“High quality beef!”
Came here in a bunch so we made a reservation. The location is in the basement of a big building. Each of us ordered shabu shabu while we also ordered sukiyaki to share. We were seated around 4 people in a table and we share the hot pot. It was very traditional hot pot which I think was very int...eresting. The dish came with 2 kind of appetizers which you can choose and also a portion of sashimi. And believe me they are great. Each of was were given a plate of beef according to our choice. We then dip the meat to the already boiling hot pot. Since the meat was so fine, only 3 to 5 seconds needed to cook the meat. Then you can dip the meat to any one of the sauce. And believe me, the sauce is so amazing I have to ask for more. They cooked the sukiyaki on the side for us and they’re a bit sweet but it was great as well. Before we left the dessert was plum jelly. It is a clear jelly with a preserved plum in the middle of it. And this is perhaps the best thing to close the already amazing dinner. The jelly is so soft while the plum is very tasty although not too overwhelming. I recommend everyone to visit this restaurant but do remember to make a reservation.

Very traditional Shabu Shabu restaurant. The Shabu Shabu pots were heated by charcoal and not the usual propane tank and pot method. Ambience is lovely and warm, staff was attentive, the beef (even the lower grade ones) was awesome and melts in the mouth!

“Incredible. Best meal in Tokyo. ”
We had a room in the back and ordered shabu shabu. The meal is easily the best I’ve had in Tokyo over the last seven years of traveling to Japan. The service is great which is familiar in good restaurants in Japan. The beef quality was top notch, but overall flavor of each part of the meal was bette...r than the last. Don’t miss this place.

“Kobe beef dinner”
Had kobe beef steak instead of shabu shabu. Had had other hot pot meals in Tokyo and preferred steak rather than boiled kobe beef. The meal and restaurant were excellent.
