“Not the best but above average value in this neighbourhood”

Had the set lunch for ¥3800 which included a chutoro and hamachi. Set also included ice cream and tea. There are much better places for quality of sushi (Tsukiji) and price (Ueno) but I suppose that for lunch in the CBD this is above average value for money. Would probably repeat if eating with fr...iends in the area again.
