“Eating with locals”
Went for dinner this evening. 16 April 2026. Small place under the railway line near the south side of Tokyo station. . Lots of locals, so noisy but not too loud. Food was great and ordering was so easy. Just used a qr code..brought up the menu and ordered. The food came out a few dishes at a time a...nd pretty quick. For two of us the meal came out at under £30 ( including sake and a beer). It is basic/ rustic but really enjoyed and service was good. Only word of warning, Friday and saturday ...chance of a walk in... very unlikely maybe ask if you can book before you go. . that aside ...Arigatou

“Great Japanese Vibe”
Cosy restaurant underneath railway nearby the Tokyo station serving mainly yakitori and a variety of Japanese dishes. Very strong Japanese vibes as local people after work to chill and relax from a day of hard work. Best to relax with beer or other softdrinks, more importantly to enjoy the happy ho...ur ambience.

“Great food and fast service”
Located under the rail tracks this little place does look of much from the outside, but don’t let you be fooled, it’s a great place. Food is mainly Yakitiry with a lot of other choices on the menu. Menu card in English and they speak very good English. Cheap too...

“Great food, excellent service ... fun times”
What a great place. The problem with this place is there is too much choice! As with many Japanese restaurants, they have what can pass as a decent English menu. I love yakitori, and so does my waistline! Any meat skewered, and lathered in marinade is alright by me. In order to get a good varied ...experience of the yakitori on offer, I suggest going for the mixed grills --- I went for the kinds of yakitori. I think it's better not to ask, but to eat first, and then review the photos afterwards. Neck meat, chicken hearts and wing tips were a particular joy. They do serve vegetables ... but that's not why I came here. Would I come back? I don't think so. There were so many other choices!!
