Rosette

I visited Restaurant Rosette and had a six-course meal. Each course was as lovely as it was delicious: mascarpone with sea urchin and seaweed, queen crab and buntan citrus salad composed like a Christmas wreath, French foie gras poele and caramelized apple with a sherry vinegar and honey sauce, sea... perch with roasted turnip and fondue, roasted Japanese beef filet with sauce Perigueux, and Baked Alaska, The service was excellent. The restaurant is in the Meiji Seimei Building, used by the General Headquarters after WWII and now a National Important Cultural Property.
