“Ḥarāl wagyu”
Absolutely one of the best wagyu experiences in Japan. Shoutaian serves top-grade A5 Japanese black wagyu, beautifully marbled and full of umami. The staff is attentive, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and each dish is crafted with precision. Their signature hamburger steak is a must-try! Whe...ther you’re a local or visiting from abroad, this is a place you don’t want to miss. Halal options are also available, making it accessible for everyone. Highly recommended! まさに日本で最高の和牛体験の一つです。松泰庵では、美しい霜降りと旨味が凝縮された最高級A5ランクの黒毛和牛をご提供しています。スタッフは丁寧で、エレガントでありながら落ち着いた雰囲気で、一品一品丁寧に仕上げられています。看板メニューのハンバーグは必食です!地元の方にも、海外からの観光客の方にも、ぜひ一度訪れていただきたいお店です。ハラール対応もしているので、どなたでも安心してお召し上がりいただけます。強くお勧めします!

“Good Wagyu, Good Meal and Good Time”
It is a barbecue restaurant located on the 8th floor of GEMS, about a 5-minute walk from Kanda Station. We used it for a small group party at the company. If you use the course, the staff will grill it for you, so it was good that you could concentrate on communication. We had a standard lineup such... as Kalbi, Hormone, Harami, and also Sankaku. They seem to be using A5 rank Kuroge Wagyu beef, which is matured for over 30 months among female cows, and it was very delicious and we had a good time.
