“Otherworldly impressive”
以前已經吃過東京排名第一的「蕃Yoroniku」, 要比較的話,味道上Ushigoro也不遑多讓! 而且環境裝修和服務高檔, 抽風系統也非常強勁,吃完身上完全沒有燒肉味道, 建議在挑戰預約困難點失敗後也不妨試試,始終此店勝在分店多! 2023年9月到訪的時候, 時令秋季菜單主打黑松露&松茸, 當季的松茸獨特的泥土香氣, 以壽喜燒和砂鍋的烹調方式,與和牛的香氣互相輝映♪̊̈♪̆̈ 整頓燒肉的高潮就是和牛三文治! 特別在於用上了彌足珍貴的Chauteaubriand, 燒製後裹上醬汁,配合黑松露牛油+現刨的新鮮黑松露絲 複雜而豐富的香氣,每一口都不捨得吞掉! 前菜的牛肉清湯配上了黑松露、還有加上...了松茸粒的茶碗蒸, 每一道菜環環緊扣,以不同烹調方式和形式展現出了主題食材的極致美味! ““Food Orgasm””
Maybe it’s one of the best restaurants I eat so far. Amazing quality and best taste of flavors. An absolute journey from mouth to stomach. Incredible nice service. It comes with a price tag, so save some money for this experience you will not regret. Will definitely come back again! 😀🇳🇱
