“Excellent Kaiseki Dinner”
We ate at Okuda last night. We had a lovely private room and were well attended to by Satomi. One of our best Kaiseki dinners in Japan. Inventive, creative dishes, fresh ingredients, excellent food and service. Highly recommended.

“Spectacular Traditional Kaiseki in Ginza”
We had the opportunity to partake in a traditional Japanese kaiseki that was served over the holiday season. We sat the sushi bar and was served by Chef Igarashi, which was such a nice surprise and treat! The food presentation was breathtaking. Each bite was better than the last, from the fresh squi...d, to the fugu soup, to the hotpot. This is a MUST DO for all foodies and those trying to crush their Michelin wishlists. Highly highly recommend.

If you are a westerner coming for Japan for the first time, please do realize that Japanese food in your country has nothing to do with sophisticated Japanese food. Okuda restaurant is a sample of that: perfect service and food. A good wine list. Be prepared for an excellent meal that, although very... expensive, is not overpriced.

“Wow ! Amazing meal”
Very small, eight seats only, restaurant with the chef fixing all dishes just on front of you. More kaiseki-style than just sushi, but absolutely delicious, will everything exceptionally fresh and tasty. Sliced abalon, soup with shrimp dumpling, sashimi and hot pot were the marking points of the din...ner but then all other items were equally good

Beautiful room. We ate at counter to be able to see the chef master. We did wine saki pairing which was great. Freshness and great presentation. Flavors were excellent. Cost is in line with fine dining in Ginza area
