“Best shabu-shabu I've had — the beef quality is on another level”
Tucked away on a quiet side street off Omotesando, this place completely over-delivered on the beef. The marbled slices were cut so thin and fresh that they changed color almost instantly in the broth. The fat had this rich, natural sweetness — no heavy seasoning needed, the meat spoke for itself. ...The broth was delicate and never overpowering, and even the vegetables, yuba, and tofu were excellent. I finished every last bit, right down to the rice porridge at the end. The room had a calm, almost private feel, which made conversation easy, and the staff walked us through exactly how long to swirl each slice so nothing was overcooked, even for first-timers. It's not cheap, but given the quality of the beef and the service, it felt completely justified. This is now my go-to spot for a special occasion or whenever I want genuinely great beef.

“High quality Beef hot pot”
Comfortable counter seats, calm service and good quality hot pot. My husband had a Sugisaki and I had a normal shabu shabu, it’s good to share and taste the difference,

“Delicious Evening ”
Came here for dinner and the meal was delicious. I had the Black beef/pork combo which was very reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places we have been and much tastier as well. The service was great and you get served a little broth that your meat and vegetables were cooked in which was de...licious. Definitely recommend and definitely returning.

“Sukiyaki and Shabu Shabu”
Came here for lunch and ordered one of their lunch combos which was very reasonably priced. Every seat has their own personal pot for either sukiyaki or Shabu Shabu. The meats are freshly sliced by a butcher and then if you’ve never had either style of food before, the staff provide you with easy to... follow instructions. The meats were high quality and delicious.
